Terms of service.

Effective June 1, 2026

The short version

PepLab is a peptide tracking tool, not medical advice. We try to keep it running but offer no warranties. You can stop using it any time, and delete your account from inside the app.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PepLab iOS app, the marketing site at peplabhq.com, and the clinic admin dashboard (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Curatix AI Inc. (“PepLab,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What PepLab is

PepLab is an iOS app for tracking peptide research and supplementation under the guidance of qualified practitioners. It lets you log vials, dosages, schedules, side-effect notes, check-ins, weights, and progress photos. It also includes an AI-powered coach that surfaces educational content.

3. Research and educational use only

All content in PepLab — the peptide catalog, the AI coach replies, dose tracking, adherence stats, and any other in-app content — is for research and educational purposes only. PepLab is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. PepLab does not provide medical advice, does not prescribe anything, and is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare provider.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own health decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide protocol.
  • Do not interpret PepLab data, AI coach replies, or any other in-app content as medical advice or as a substitute for clinical judgment.
  • You confirm you are at least 17 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. We treat Sign In with Apple as authoritative.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Share or transfer your account credentials. One account per person.
  • Use PepLab to facilitate illegal activity in your jurisdiction.
  • Interfere with, attempt to disrupt, or probe the Service's security.
  • Use the Service to harass other users or PepLab staff.

6. Clinic relationships

If you joined PepLab via a clinic invitation, your clinic has access to the tracking data you log inside the app (your vials, doses, schedules, side-effect notes, and adherence statistics). PepLab's relationship is with both you and the clinic — we provide the software, the clinic provides clinical oversight. PepLab is not responsible for the clinical decisions your clinic makes. The clinic is not responsible for outages or bugs in the Service.

Clinics that use PepLab agree to comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction regarding peptide sales, distribution, and clinical recommendations.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Some PepLab features may be gated behind a subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions are billed by Apple at the price shown at checkout. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can cancel any time from iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy; PepLab cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. Patients invited by a clinic generally receive free access for as long as the clinic's account is active.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile → Account → Delete account), or by emailing privacy@peplabhq.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms — for example, accounts that attempt to abuse the platform, share credentials, or harass other users. Where possible, we'll give you notice before terminating.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepLab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or safe for any particular medical purpose. We make no medical warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepLab and Curatix AI Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify PepLab and Curatix AI Inc. against any claim arising from (a) your misuse of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and PepLab agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
